Jane M. Wood, MPA - President
Jane (Sisseton-Wahpeton) holds a master of public administration and a baccalaureate in business management. She has nearly twenty years experience helping front-line through executive-level staff improve accountability, efficiency and productivity in their organizations.
She has previously served as an internal auditor, management consultant, researcher, training and communications manager, and as a curriculum developer for some of the largest agencies in Washington state. She is the founder of Oyate Research and Training.

Adam Wood - Director of Operations and Outreach
Adam (Sisseton-Wahpeton) has several years experience in customer service, sales and marketing. He brings his strong organizational skills to Oyate Research and Training, where he handles all the day-to-day details and company administration. He is currently pursuing his degree in communications and marketing.
