    Beginning in September 2009, we will be delivering four one-day workshops to help leaders hone their skills to better manage their most critical resource:  people.  We will continue to schedule these workshops through 2010--so please check back for more dates.  Workshops in the Effective Manager Series include:

Course Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel 10 days or more before your scheduled session, a 25% refund will given.  A refund will not be provided for a cancellation made within 10 days of your scheduled session, but we are happy to hold a place for you in a future course at no additional charge.
